New Alerts:

1) We do not send Paypal invoices.  Our Paypal address is provided on the ordering page along with a shipping scale.  If you need a shipping quote for international shipping, we will email it to you, but we will not add up all your items and send an invoice.  We have faith in your math skills and we do not want a lot of open money requests clogging our account.

2) International orders: we use airmail through the USPS, which has no tracking on it.  Adding tracking means using UPS, which can add up to $100 (yes, this actually happened, $136 shipping on an order by UPS vs. $31 by USPS) to shipping. This is why we use the USPS.

3) International orders: While airmail estimates 7 days, this is only an estimate.  It may take longer, especially during the holidays.  Also, once your package arrives in the country, it must pass through customs and no one can estimate how long this will take.  We have seen customs as quick as 2 days and as long as 3 weeks.  We cannot be responsible for transit time once the package leaves our hands.  If you have a question about how long shipping is taking, please contact us before you try filing a complaint with Paypal.  When you lock up our account because a package hasn't arrived on the other side of the globe in 7 days or less, you tie up everyone else's orders and it is just bad form not to talk to us first.  It is only polite to talk to us first and give us the opportunity to resolve any issues.  We have only had a couple of these issues and both stemmed from not waiting long enough for the package to pass through customs.  If these issues persist, we will start requiring registered mail for all orders outside the US.

4) Please allow 4-6 weeks for completion of your order.  This is on our front page, because this is a hobby of ours, not the way any of us make a living.  Real life has to come first.  If you need your order faster, you can ask, but do so before you place your order.  Please don't place an order, then start demanding, yes, some people have actually demanded, that we put you ahead of everyone else and do your order first.  Failure to comply with our procedures may result in your order being cancelled and your being asked not to return to us for further orders.

5) We do not offer discounts to anyone, so please don't even ask.  Our builders have their prices at the bare minimum already and offering a discount will mean they are giving away their work.
